- If a Delivery was not delivered by the specified time, What should i do?
In the unlikely event that a Time Definite Delivery misses its scheduled delivery through our fault, you should visit us at our office or you can just contact us on the given details, we will be happy to solve your problem.


- How do I make a loss/damage claim for a GMX shipment that failed to arrive, or was damaged?
If your shipment failed to arrive, it is important that you contact us with an accurate description of the goods and their packaging as soon as possible. Please note that damage to goods in transit is frequently the result of inadequate packaging.


- What is the maximum size of package I can send?
There isn't any kind of restriction in weight and in volume.... cause we have to confirm the shipment from air line.
